Duane Waterman Concert Classical
A unique and beautiful concert instrument. Striking, figured Brazilian rosewood for back and sides and an all wood composite top. Top is three layers of wood - very thin cedar outside, balsa with pattern cutouts for the internal/middle layer and thin balsa for the inside layer - and a radial bracing system with very thin carbon graphite supporting the braces. This top is light and responsive. 18 hole bridge -- strings can be tied normally, like one-hole bridges, or as 12-hole (very common now) , or tied as 18-hole as shown in photos. Strong, even tone - easy to play with 643 mm scale and well shaped and oiled neck. Special ebony backplate on head with black Gotoh 510 tuners.
